The following research is based on the project development of a FAB-LAB, Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation and Development, an office typology building, with areas of Co-Work, development and enhancer of skills and technology , advisory areas for the growth and rental of suitable and eco friendly spaces for the development of the business activities of Mypes and Startup's in Northern Peru, due to the growing demand and number of companies that are annually created or start their operations the city of Piura. The proposal aims to improve the quality of service for users with practical and modern infrastructures that allow them to develop the necessary activities and services, as well as provide the necessary technology to power their sales, having an environmentally friendly proposal , using patterns of biophilia, laws of Gestalt psychology for rational project development and management, solar energy , as well as in a plus with gray water recycling and reuse , for irrigation of green areas, reducing thus and mitigating impact and footprint of the building in its surroundings. In order to find the optimal results for the building design we used an applied research with the help of qualitative studies such as interviews, observation tables to specialists in sustainable architecture, Gestalt psychology and Biophilia, through the sample technique employed no probabilistic for convenience, we were able to more easily study the responses and data and sort them through documentation tabs, to find the results to our research questions. By proposing this FAB-LAB, the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development of Piura seeks to provide a contemporary architecture, in which it relates harmoniously to the population both administrative and MYPES and the general public of the City of Piura.
