Abstract: El presente trabajo evaluó la adición de dos emulsificantes sobre
la digestibilidad en dieta de cuyes, se determinaron los coeficientes de
digestibilidad para proteína bruta, fibra cruda, extracto etéreo, ceniza y
extracto libre de nitrógeno de los cinco tratamientos, los cuales fueron dieta
base sin emulsificante (DBA), dieta con 0,04 % de emulsificante lipidol
(DBAL400), dieta con 0,08% de emulsificante lipidol (DBAL800), dieta con
0,03% de emulsificante excential (DBAE300), dieta con 0,06 % de
emulsificante excential (DBAE600). Se utilizaron veinte cuyes en la etapa de
crecimiento-engorde y se consideró un animal por jaula acondicionada para
colectar las heces. La alimentación duro doce días, incluyendo siete días de
adaptación y cinco de colecta. Cuatro animales fueron alimentados por cada
tratamiento. Las heces fueron pesadas y almacenadas en refrigeración
hasta su análisis correspondiente.
Se determinó que los componentes de la dieta base contiene los siguientes
coeficientes de digestibilidad: materia seca 83,98%, de proteína bruta
80,70%, de extracto etéreo 87,63%, de fibra cruda 53,44% y de extracto libre
de nitrógeno 91,45%. El análisis de la dieta DBAL400 contiene coeficientes
de digestibilidad de materia seca 83,64%, de proteína bruta 81,95%, de
extracto etéreo 81,95%, de fibra cruda 62,85% y de extracto libre de
nitrógeno 89,92%. La dieta DBAL800 contiene coeficientes de digestibilidad
de materia seca 80,65%, de proteína bruta 79,59%, de extracto etéreo
85,32%, de fibra cruda 66,21% y de extracto libre de nitrógeno 85,74%. La
dieta DBAE300 contiene coeficientes de digestibilidad de materia seca
86,98%, de proteína bruta 86,70%, de extracto etéreo 91,14%, de fibra cruda
77,10% y de extracto libre de nitrógeno 77,10%. La dieta DBAE600 contiene
coeficientes de digestibilidad de materia seca 82,87%, de proteína bruta
83,62%, de extracto etéreo 89,96%, de fibra cruda 75,64% y de extracto libre
de nitrógeno 75,64%.
