Determine the relationship between non-carious cervical lesions and the salivary pH level in adult patients of the Jerusalem District Hospital. Methods: Comparative, observational, cross-sectional study in a sample of 145 patients, evaluated through the Smith and Knight index and a digital pH meter, these were validated and calibrated respectively. For its evaluation, we used a non- parametric Spearman test with a significance level of 0.05. Results: Salivary pH and non-carious cervical lesions were evaluated with Spearman's Rho test, obtaining a coefficient of -0.821, indicating a high inverse correlation, with a probability value p = 0.000. Relating gender to salivary pH we obtained that the male had an average of 6.49, and the female an average of 6.26. Using the Whitney Mann U test, p = 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained. The male gender obtained an average of 4 in CNNL and the female gender an average of 3. Using the Whitney Mann U test, p = 0.001 < 0.05 was obtained. Conclusions: CNNL and salivary pH present an inverse relationship, while NCCL are higher, the pH decreases. The male gender has a more neutral salivary pH, and a high wear rate, while women have a low wear rate and a lower pH than the male gender
