The present non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out with the purpose of determining the level of satisfaction of the patients of the SANNA Sánchez Ferrer clinic on nursing care in times of covid-19. The sample consisted of 217 patients who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out through a survey. The results showed that 44% of the patients were young adults, 29% were older adults and 27% were middle-aged adults, likewise 53% were female and 47% male. According to medical specialties, 27% were from general surgery, 22% from trauma, 21% from internal medicine and 12% from gynecology. Regarding the level of patient satisfaction, within 24 hours of being hospitalized, 46% had a low level of satisfaction, 42% had a medium level and only 12% had a high level. The satisfaction levels of the patients at the time of medical discharge showed that 94% had a high level and 6% had a medium level. It is concluded that the level of satisfaction of the patients of the Sanna-Sánchez Ferrer clinic regarding nursing care in times of covid 19 was low 24 hours after being hospitalized, represented by 46% and is high at the time of the medical discharge, represented by 94% satisfaction
