The author made a purely geometric and algebraic mathematical model to link and correlate the basic stages of the design of third-class and minor roads classified by current Peruvian regulations. The conditions and characteristics required for these projects were evaluated, identifying the variables and their dependency relationships, from the peculiarities of the land surface to the quantities of work in its adaptation, establishing the main feasibility indicators. The stages that were carried out are, among others, the modeling of the surface and terrain levels, horizontal alignment with the establishment of chainages, longitudinal and cross sections of the original ground, vertical alignment, cut and fill areas in the cross sections and earthworks volumes. Finally, the algorithms resulting from the sequence of equations and logical relationships of the variables were used in the development of a computer application, using graphic methods and concepts of computational geometry, with which the expected results and the validation of the proposed solution were obtained. The automation in the creation of a set of deliverable documents, such as project drawings and volumes spreadsheets, complete the contribution of this work.
