A prevalence of 1.21% was found in patients with POP, in terms of age, the median was 57, likewise the median of gestation 6, being multiparous in 54 cases with an OR 4.00 (p <0.001) . According to the Baden-Walker classification, the most frequent grade was cystocele III with 68 cases covering 93,151%, as for the POPQ classification, the most frequent was grade III, with 19 (45,238%) patients.
