This research project is carried out between the months of August-December 2022 in the Agroindustrial UPAO S.A.C. located on the alto Salaverry highway km 552, in the la Libertad-Peru region. The effect of the interaction of three doses of biol (300,600,900 L biol/ha) as a complement to nitrogen fertilization on the production of the Arequipa red onion crop (Allium cepa L.) was determined using the design completely randomized block statistics, with 4 treatments and 16 repetitions, the analysis of variance (ANVA), to verify different statistical results and ending the Duncan test, to demonstrate the best treatment with a probability of 0.05%. In carrying out the experiment, the transplant of the seedbed was carried out after 45 days to the experimental field, the planting scheme was 0.10 m between plants and 0.5m between two-row furrows. Nitrogen fertilization(N) included 250kg/ha for four treatments (A, B, C, D) only to 3 treatments (B, C, D) biol was added with different doses 300,600 and 900 L biol/ha correspondingly, which will be applied 25 days after the transplant. At 25,45,75, and 95 days after the transplant (ddt), the corresponding evaluations were carried out. Obtaining a higher yield in kg in treatment 4 (250 kg N+900Lbiol/ha), the highest result was obtained with 43.45 t/ha, leaving treatment 1 (250kg N+0biol/ha) in last place with a yield of 24.60 t/ha.
