Centro juvenil de diagnostico y rehabilitación de Trujillo

Abstract

El Centro Juvenil de Diagnóstico y Rehabilitación de Trujillo es uno de los nueve Centro Juveniles que se encuentran en el Perú. Estando a cargo de ellos la Gerencia de Centros Juveniles del Poder Judicial a través del Ministerio de Justicia, encargándose de rehabilitar y reinsertar a la sociedad a los adolescentes en conflicto con la ley penal mediante diferentes actividades psicopedagógicas orientadas al desarrollo personal y profesional de los adolescentes. En la actualidad observamos que el Centro Juvenil de Trujillo no cuenta con las condiciones adecuadas de infraestructura, esto ocasiona diversas problemáticas en el desarrollo de los adolescentes en el proceso de reinserción, teniendo como principales problemas que no cumple con las condiciones mínimas de funcionalidad, seguridad, confort, antropometría de acuerdo a las normas internacionales y proyecto génesis del poder judicial. Por ello se realizó una investigación programática, teniendo como resultado una propuesta de un proyecto arquitectónico que cumpla con las medidas, seguridad, confort, antropometría, etc. Para el desarrollo correcto del Centro Juvenil de Trujillo y así se pueda lograr los principales objetivos y metas del Sistema de Reinserción Social de los adolescentes en conflicto con la ley penal.

The Trujillo Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Youth Center is one of the nine Youth Centers in Perú. Being in charge of them, the Management of Juvenile Centers of the Judiciary through the Ministry of Justice, responsable for rehabilitating and reintegrating adolescents into conflicto with the criminal law through different psycho-pedagogical activities aimend at the personal and profesional development of adolescents. At present we observe that the Trujillo Youth Center does not have the appropriate infrastructure conditions, this causes various problems in the develepment of adolescents in the reintegration process, having as manin problems that it does not meet the mínimum conditions of functionality, security, confort, anthropometry according to international standards and génesis Project of the Judiciary. Thererfore, a programmatic investigation was carried out, resulting in a proposal for an architectural Project that complies with measures, safety, conmfort, anthropometry, etc. For the correct development of Trujillo Youth Center and thus the main objectives and goals of the Social Reintegration System of adolescents in conflicto with the criminal law can be achieved.
