This article exposes the design and creation of the project “Center for Productive Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITE) Agroindustrial Coffee y Cocoa“, located in the District of Jaén, Province of Jaén, Department of Cajamarca. This project is born from the study and analysis of the problems of farmers in the department of Cajamarca. Currently these meetings and production centers are held in spaces with poor quality of service, with inefficient infrastructure; developing in the middle of the field with scarce equipment such as worktables, or halls and rooms. It is then that with the non-existence of an adequate space for implementation and innovation in the agro-industrial sector, this integral project was developed. Initiating the investigation with field visits, interacting with farmers and producers, listening to their requirements in order to know all the needs they suffer. To later complement the information obtained from the interviews with statistical data and figures obtained through the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MINAGRI). The District Municipality of Jaén, the Ministry of Production of Peru (PRODUCE), ONUDI, among others in order to meet current supply and demand. National and international cases related to the proposed project were also analyzed and studied in order to understand the operation of the equipment. Once the research phase was completed, it was possible to carry out the architectural proposal, which proposes the creation of various environments in which farmers can be adequately trained; these environments will respect the context in which they were implemented, generating public spaces that integrate and promote the participation of all farmers and residents of the place.
