Objective: To determine if there is a relationship between the facial biotype with the height of the ramus and the measurement of the mandibular body in subjects between 16 and 30 years of age. Material and methods: The study was a descriptive cross-sectional study, the sample consisted of 500 cephalometric analysis of individuals between 16 and 30 years of age, who received care at the Centro Radiológico Dental Rx in Trujillo, Peru, between 2016 and 2023. A form called ““Data Collection Instrument““ was used. The collected data were processed in the statistical program SPSS Statistics 26.0, to then present the results in tables and/or graphs according to the objectives. Also, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to compare the measurements of the height of the ramus and the measurement of the mandibular body according to facial biotype. Results: This study indicates that there is a relationship between facial biotype with the height of the ramus and mandibular body measurement in subjects aged 16 to 30 years. Spearman's score correlation corroborates the relationship between facial biotype and ramus height with a p value of less than 0.001, being significant. While the relationship between facial biotype and mandibular body with a p value less than 0.001 being significant. Conclusions: Yes there is a significant relationship between facial biotype with branch height and mandibular body measurement in subjects aged 16 to 30 years
