The objective of this research work is to reduce inventory costs in the company INTERNATIONAL CAMIONES DEL PERÚ S.A. - TRUJILLO, using an economic batch model of batch ““P““. This contribution gives us an opportunity for the company to apply an economic model ““P““ that allows knowing how much and when to order, resulting in an 7 improvement in the cost of supply. To achieve this purpose, the unit of analysis of the production lines of accessories and spare parts for tugboats and trucks has been used as a primary source. As secondary sources, some documents such as observation of production indicators, raw material requirements, documentary analysis, specialized books and the results of related investigations were used. Once these stages have been completed, the investigation has made it possible to establish the economic model ““P““, which will support the current management system for the company, generating a positive impact on the economic viability of the company, since with the improvement of inventory management, obtains an economic profitability of 67% and savings of S /. 318,938, it is concluded that the described proposals are economically favorable for a correct and continuous growth of the company. As secondary sources, some documents such as observation of production indicators, raw material requirements, documentary analysis, specialized books and the results of related investigations were used.
