The present thesis had as its general objective to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and job turnover intention among call center operators in a collections company - Trujillo 2022. The research type was basic, and a descriptive correlational design was used due to its capacity to explore the relationship between variables without experimental manipulation. The sample consisted of 30 call center operators from the Trujillo branch of a collections company. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale specifically designed for this research, which included questions related to job satisfaction and turnover intention. This instrument demonstrated strong evidence of reliability and validity, with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.84 and an Aiken's V test result of 1. To assess the relationship between the variables, statistical analyses were conducted. However, it is worth noting that the collected data did not follow a normal distribution, as the Shapiro-Wilk normality test yielded a significance level less than 0.05. Therefore, the Spearman's Rho coefficient was applied to evaluate the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The resulting coefficient was -0.543, indicating an inverse correlation. As a result, the hypothesis was accepted, and it was concluded that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention among call center operators in a collections company - Trujillo
