Nivel de competencias de las egresadas de educación inicial 2017-2 y 2018 1 UPAO - Trujillo para atender a niños del primer ciclo

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “Nivel de competencias de las egresadas de educación inicial 2017-2 y 2018-1 UPAO-Trujillo para atender a niños del primer ciclo” tuvo como finalidad investigar el nivel de competencias de las egresadas de los dos ciclos de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego para atender a los niños del primer ciclo. La investigación fue de estudio descriptivo simple, porque evaluó los resultados que se obtuvieron, teniendo una variable, a la vez es de tipo no experimental, por lo que no realizaron ninguna manipulación a la variable y se obtuvo un análisis pertinente. Se realizó un cuestionario de autoevaluación a las egresadas del 2017-2 y 2018-1 donde se obtuvo los resultados y se analizó si tenían un nivel de competencias para atender a los niños del primer ciclo. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos se puede decir que un 53% medianamente planifica en base de la enseñanza y aprendizaje para tender a los niños del primer ciclo, un 46% regularmente diseña estrategias de enseñanza y aprendizaje para atender a los niños de primer ciclo, un 40% no diseña estrategias de evaluación del aprendizaje para atender a los niños del primer ciclo y un 100% si logran tener una actitud positiva que han ido desarrollando. Por lo tanto, se llegó a las conclusiones que el nivel de competencias de las egresadas es medio, ya que del 46% de las preguntas formuladas se obtuvo tanto en planificación, estrategias y evaluación los resultados eran medios y solo en la actitud de las egresadas hacia los niños recibieron un nivel alto con porcentaje de 100%

The research was a simple descriptive study, because it evaluated the results that were obtained, having a variable, at the same time it is of a non-experimental type, so no manipulation of the variable was carried out and a pertinent analysis was obtained. A self-evaluation questionnaire was conducted to the graduates of 2017-2 and 2018-1 where the results were obtained and it was analyzed if they had a level of competencies to attend the children of the first cycle. According to the results obtained, it can be said that 53% of them plan moderately on the basis of teaching and learning to attend to children in the first cycle, 46% regularly design teaching and learning strategies to attend to children in the first cycle, 40% do not design learning evaluation strategies to attend to children in the first cycle, and 100% have a positive attitude that they have been developing. Therefore, it was concluded that the level of competencies of the graduates is average, since 46% of the questions asked showed average results in planning, strategies and evaluation, and only in the attitude of the graduates towards the children did they receive a high level with a percentage of 100%
