Objective: To determine the relationship between risks and working conditions, with the quality of life in health professionals, in a context of the COVID-19 pandemic, in Metropolitan Lima. 2021. Materials and methods: Using a quantitative, non-experimental, causal correlational method, the sample was confirmed by 379 health professionals, including doctors and nursing professionals. Results. The working conditions that health professionals have in the context of the pandemic are 97.6% inadequate, 2.4% presented working conditions at a medium level; 93.9% showed occupational risk, 6.1% did not present occupational risk, 82% presented high quality of life, 18% quality of life at a medium level. In the bivariate analysis, it has been identified that the level of significance between occupational conditions and risk is 0.000; Spearman's Rho has a value of -0.260; and the level of significance between working conditions and quality of life, obtained a p value of 0.075, according to the regression model, a significance level of 0.000 was observed. Between risks and working conditions. Conclusion. It is evident that there is a weak to moderate and inverse relationship between the two variables working conditions and risk; On the other hand, no significant relationship was found between working conditions and quality of life.
