This road thesis reveals that it is vulnerable to permanent degradation due to various causes, such as intense traffic, climatic variables, and the slow maintenance that this causes the deterioration of the asphalt mixtures, because of all the problems it is due incorporate an element that contributes to the asphalt mix and at the same time helps the environment. The objective is to improve the design of a flexible pavement using recycled plastic on Avenida Víctor Raúl Haya De La Torre, AH. El Tablazo_Paita_Piura. The research is of applied type, quantitative approach and experimental design, in such a way that the results were obtained that 2% obtained 75 blows as results, average height of the briquette 6.60 cm, weight of briquette in the air 1172.25 gr, weight of briquette in water 656.93 gr, volume of the briquette per displacement 515.32 cm3, adopted volume of the briquette 515.32 cm3, BULK specific weight of the briquette 2.276 gr/cm3, uncorrected stability 4956.00 kg, stability factor (norm) 1.04, average corrected stability 5188.9 kg and flow 0.758 m.m, for 4% the results were 75 blows, average height of the briquette 6.67 cm, weight of briquette in air 1191.73 gr, weight of briquette in water 678.76 gr, volume of the briquette per displacement 512.96 cm3, adopted volume of the briquette 512.96 cm3, BULK specific weight of the briquette 2.323 gr/cm3, uncorrected stability 5247.46 kg, stability factor (norm) 1.04, average corrected stability 5247.5 kg and flow 0.891 m.m and for 6% obtained as results 75 blows, average height of the briquette 6.93cm, weight of briquette in air 1189.62 gr, weight of briquette in water 683.98 gr, volume of the briquette per displacement 505.64 cm3, adopted volume of the briquette 505.64 cm3, specific BULK weight of the briquette 2.353 gr/cm3, uncorrected stability 5241.37 kg, stability factor (norm) 1.04, average corrected stability 5451.0 kg and flow 1.02 m.m. It is concluded that the Marshall stability was 5432.0 kg, and the flow was 0.562 m.m, meeting the requirements of the specifications. The favorable result was 6% recycled plastic
