Determine the factors associated with satisfaction in telemedicine care in patients recovered from COVID-19 infection in an Es Salud Piura Hospital, March to December 2022. Material and methods: A Cross-sectional, analytical, non-probabilistic study with data collection from 335 patients recovered from COVID-19 infection treated by telemedicine, from March to December 2022. The adjusted prevalence ratio (APR) was calculated with a 95 % confidence interval and association of data through significance p<0.05 to know the factors associated with the degree of satisfaction in telemedicine care. Likewise, the telemedicine usability questionnaire (TUQ) was used to determine the degree of satisfaction. Results: The results that revealed a significant association were age between 20-35 years, female sex, and dependent workers; presenting a higher degree of satisfaction in telemedicine care. In addition, a significant association was found between arterial hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus and the degree of satisfaction in telemedicine care. No significant associations were observed with the presence of dyslipidemia, asthma and overweight-obesity.. Conclusions: Age, female sex, level of education, occupation, and suffering from some chronic diseases were factors associated with satisfaction with telemedicine care in patients recovered from COVID-19 infection at Hospital III-1 José Cayetano.
