The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of teachers about inclusive education in the Initial Education Institutions of the district of La Esperanza, 2021. It is a non-experimental research with a descriptive design, whose problem was: What is the perception of the teachers? teachers about inclusive education of the initial education institutions of the district of La Esperanza - 2021? 35 teachers from various state educational institutions of the Ugel 02 of the Esperanza district participated, using as an instrument a questionnaire that identifies the perception of inclusive education, and consists of 30 questions that measure the four dimensions that make up said variable. The results indicate that 67% of the teachers need to have a positive attitude towards inclusive education, and 33% state that they have some resilience with inclusive education. At the level of dimensions, 90% of the teachers state that they have the predisposition to welcome and teach students with special educational needs and 10% are against this inclusive education. On the other hand, more than 60% of teachers are those who claim to have certain knowledge regarding the good management of inclusive education, the remaining 40% consider they do not have sufficient knowledge, recommending that they study in special schools. Regarding the support, advice, monitoring and follow-up of both teachers and students with SEN, 69% of teachers state that they are alone in this task.
