The present investigation is entitled ““Structural design of the pavement for neighborhoods 5,6,7,8 and 10 of the northwest sector, district of Florencia de Mora, Trujillo, La Libertad““, its objective is to propose a structural design to improve the trafficability of drivers and pedestrians who circulate on these roads. Field work was carried out to examine the qualities offered by the subgrade for the structural design, which resulted in an average CBR of 9.36% categorized as GOOD. In addition, the current traffic and vehicular load was determined by vehicle count, which allowed for the calculation of the load that the new structural design would support. Soil mechanics tests were also carried out to determine the qualities of the concrete and aggregate to be used in the base and subbase caps; the material was obtained from the Jaén quarry; so that the results obtained verify the normative parameters of the design development. In the values obtained, the method of the AASHTO 93 and CE.010 standards to be applied to Urban Pavements was applied, obtaining a Structural Number of 2.30 in both areas and a Number of Equivalent Axis Repetitions of 284,800 EE. For the thickness of each of the structural layers of the pavement, two design solutions were presented. Finally, the proposed design meets the regulatory requirements and will improve the trafficability of the roadways in neighborhoods 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 of Florencia de Mora
