Title: Características familiares como factores de riesgo para consumo de Cannabis en adolescentes. Estudio multicéntrico

Abstract: Determinar si las características familiares son factores de riesgo para consumo de Cannabis en adolescentes. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio de tipo observacional – retrospectivo, con una muestra de 216 adolescentes, producto del estudio de los centros de salud de tres distritos de Trujillo, como técnicas se utilizó historias clínicas. Resultados: Se obtuvo que, el consumo de drogas alucinógenas por uno o ambos padres está asociado al consumo de Cannabis, el consumo de drogas alucinógenas por hermanos está asociado al consumo de Cannabis, la violencia familiar está asociado al consumo Cannabis y la monoparentalidad familiar no es un factor de riesgo para consumo de Cannabis. Conclusiones: La variable que está asociada con mayor significancia al consumo de cannabis es la violencia intrafamiliar.

To determine if family characteristics such as: use of hallucinogenic drugs by one or both parents, siblings, family violence, alcoholism and family single parenthood are risk factors for Cannabis drug addiction in adolescents. Material and method: An observational - retrospective study was carried out, with a sample of 216 adolescents, product of the study of the health centers of three districts of Trujillo, clinical records were used as techniques. Results: It was obtained that the use of hallucinogenic drugs by one or both parents is associated with the use of Cannabis Drug Addiction, the use of hallucinogenic drugs by siblings is associated with the use of Cannabis Drug Addiction, family violence is associated with the use of Drug Addiction by Cannabis, family single parenthood isn´t a risk factor for Cannabis Drug Addiction. Therefore, we can say that patients seeking social acceptance are 7.13 times more likely to use drugs for cannabis. Conclusions: The variable that is associated with greater significance or intensity to the consumption of cannabis drug addiction is domestic violence.
