The present study aimed to determine the relationship between informality and the financing of the MYPES in the Piura market of the ACOMIPOMALER Merchants Association, 2021, applying the descriptive-correlational methodology, in which no experimentation was carried out on the behavior of the variants and of transectional cut, applying 2 instruments, which were 2 questionnaires with closed questions to a sample of 196 merchants. The main results show that 36.7% of the respondents totally disagree with the costs of formalization, 40.3% disagree and the remaining 23% maintain a neutral opinion. Concluding with the results of the Spearman Rho Test, there is a correlation coefficient of 0.933 (High correlation), with a bilateral significance of 0, which indicates that in the present investigation H1 is accepted, which affirms that there is a relationship between Tax Informality and Access to Financing in the ACOMIPOMALER Merchants Association, in 2021. Among the dimensions that have the most impact on access to financing are bureaucratic barriers with a correlation coefficient of 0.802 (high correlation), with a two-sided significance of 0.
