The present thesis entitled: The Teaching Performance within the Framework of the Requirements of SINEACE in the Institute of Higher Education Pedagogical Public “Our Lady of the Assumption“, Otuzco, La Libertad, 2019, was developed in order to determine the level of performance reached by the teachers of the Institute of Higher Education Pedagogical Public “Our Lady of the Assumption“ Otuzco, La Libertad, within the framework of the requirements of the SINEACE; given the nature of the research and to determine the size of the sample, non-probabilistic sampling was used, therefore, the total of teachers of the Institute of Public Higher Education Pedagogical “Our Lady of the Assumption“ Otuzco La Libertad was considered. The type of research is descriptive. In the research process, 18 teachers were considered, therefore, with respect to the results after applying the teacher performance evaluation system in a global way, they show that 72% of the teachers have a qualification of high and 8% a regular rating and none is qualified as low so the hypothesis is confirmed.
