El desempeño docente dentro del marco de las exigencias del SINEACE en el Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Público “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción“, Otuzco, La Libertad, 2019

Abstract

Esta investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de determinar el nivel de desempeño alcanzado por los docentes del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Publico “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” Otuzco, La Libertad, dentro del marco de las exigencias del SINEACE; dada la naturaleza de la investigación y para determinar el tamaño de la muestra se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico, por consiguiente, se consideró al total de docentes del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Publico “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” Otuzco La libertad. El tipo de investigación es descriptivo, En el proceso de investigación se consideró a 18 docentes, por consiguiente, con respecto a los resultados luego de aplicar el sistema de evaluación del desempeño docente de manera global muestran que el 72% de los docentes tiene calificación de alto y el 8% una calificación de regular y ninguno es calificado como bajo por lo que se confirma la hipótesis planteada.

The present thesis entitled: The Teaching Performance within the Framework of the Requirements of SINEACE in the Institute of Higher Education Pedagogical Public “Our Lady of the Assumption“, Otuzco, La Libertad, 2019, was developed in order to determine the level of performance reached by the teachers of the Institute of Higher Education Pedagogical Public “Our Lady of the Assumption“ Otuzco, La Libertad, within the framework of the requirements of the SINEACE; given the nature of the research and to determine the size of the sample, non-probabilistic sampling was used, therefore, the total of teachers of the Institute of Public Higher Education Pedagogical “Our Lady of the Assumption“ Otuzco La Libertad was considered. The type of research is descriptive. In the research process, 18 teachers were considered, therefore, with respect to the results after applying the teacher performance evaluation system in a global way, they show that 72% of the teachers have a qualification of high and 8% a regular rating and none is qualified as low so the hypothesis is confirmed.
