In recent years in Latin American countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Chile, they opted for a new construction system based on prefabricated elements, this refers to a new approach to the construction of elements such as beams, columns, slabs and walls, which are carried out in a factory with supervision to later be taken to the construction site. It is also known of the great benefits that this system brings with it as a saving of time, labor and that all are focused on the improvement of productivity making this system of prefabricated elements a pleasant option of solution to the problems of low productivity in the construction of multifamily buildings in Lima. According to the aforementioned information, this document establishes an analysis for the implementation of a new construction system in Lima based on prefabricated elements, since this type of system does not exist at present and that would be of great help to improve not only the construction standards but to be on the competitive edge of other Latin American countries that do use this system and it is very beneficial.
