The principal objective of this project is to present and show the viability of creating a business of pharmaceutical products and self-cleaning items through a dispenser or vending machine. This project was based in a quality and quantity investigation through some districts in the 6th, 7th and 8th zone of the social economic levels “A”, “B” and “C1” of the age ranges of 18 to 55 years in the Lima Metropolitan area. Through the use of these variables, we organized a segmentation of the principal universities in the country to detect an unsatisfied demand, which results in them not being able to obtain these products at whatever hour of the day. The interviewed segment, also pointed out and described the necessity and urgency of requiring a medical product at a certain hour and having the trouble to go out of the university to get them. In the actuality, the products are only offered in pharmacies, grocery stores and small corner stores throughout the country which are subjected to the range of hours that each business operates in. Therefore there also has to be a consideration of the distance that a consumer has to go for the product in the need of an urgency. For the reasons stated, our model of a business is to have a 24 hour selling point and should not have the necessity to hire a salesman for the selling process. It´s for this reason that in the evaluation we were able to determine an investment of S / 280,020, with a contribution of 57% (Partners) and 43% (financing) to be put into operation.
