Vive Fisioterapia & Workout, is a unique and innovative business proposal in the Peruvian market. It consists of the implementation of a Physiotherapy and Physical Training Center, in the district of Miraflores (area of 400 m2). A service with high quality standards, use of technology and specialized personnel. The treatment will be personalized and will be based on a functional Biomechanical approach and the Fisiotraining; both modern tools aimed at disappearing or mitigating the cause of pain. To establish the market, the population from 26 to 55 years old in area 7 of LM was taken into account, attended in clinics and physiotherapy centers and that performs physical activity. Statistics from private clinics and physiotherapy centers in the area were investigated; APEIM and CPI data and research carried out in Lima and at the National level. The total investment of the Project is S / 103 207, 900, and the financing of the debt will be 30% (S / .83,682.00) of capital by the partners, and 70% (S /. 195 259.00) financed through a bank with an interest rate of 15%. The proposed opportunity cost is 18%, with which we obtain a CPPC of 12.89%. The financial analysis shows a positive VANE of S / .1 606 357 and a TIRE of 52.48%, a VANF of S / .1 443 575 and a TIRF of 102.74%. The recovery period is 3.29 years, which shows that the project is viable, profitable and attractive for the shareholder.
