The purpose of this research is to identify the attitudinal factors of the graduates of the ADEX 2017-I Beca 18 Scholarship Program that favor their labor insertion. To achieve this objective, the attitudinal factors are analyzed from two points of view: (1) what are the attitudinal factors considered by graduates, according to their own assessment and (2) what are the most valued attitudinal factors by employers. This is a study with a quantitative approach, descriptive scope and non-experimental, transectional or transversal design; performed through the application of semi-structured interviews with employers, as well as the application of a questionnaire addressed to graduates, a total of 30, from a non-probabilistic sampling, using the sample for convenience. The findings indicate that the main attitudinal factors valued by employers are the willingness to work in teams, initiative, adaptation, self-confidence, empathy and effective communication; while the most outstanding attitudinal factors that graduates have, according to their self-evaluation, are availability, interest, and favorable attitudes towards work. On the contrary, they consider that they have less initiative, adaptation, emotional control, empathy and autonomy. Therefore, it is recommended that the educational institution encourage the development of these attitudinal factors, which coincide with being the most valued by employers, in their study program, with the purpose of allowing graduates to enter work more easily.
