Technology has impacted and will continue to impact how people live, increasing the number of owners of electronic devices, who need to be communicated in some way and it is, for this segment, that there are companies that offer electronic solutions through the sale of cell phones, tablets and others. These devices need electricity to recharge their battery and, unfortunately, this is a limitation since it requires a source of electrical power for them to work. Currently, one of the biggest problems is the high amounts in billing for electricity consumption. In addition, Osinergmin reported, this year, the increase in electricity billing, which affects the economy of the population. At this point we add the problem generated by global warming, given that -according to the author of different books and magazines on environmental education, José Larios Martón- about 80% of the world's electricity is produced by the thermoelectric plants that convert the heat in electricity and a 17% by hydroelectric systems. In both cases, water is used to move turbines and for cooling, respectively. Climate changes will affect water temperatures, which will add significant costs to electricity bills and increase the risk of water shortages. The solar charger is a solution to these problems because it facilitates our lives and contributes to the saving of electricity billing using natural sunlight. Nature gives us its resources to allow us to save time, money and stress, which, in this case, are used to transform into useful energy for the operation of electronic devices.
