Euromotors is one of the most important importers of European cars and trucks in Peru, as well as the one in charge of representing the main brands of the German group Volkwagen. With more than 20 years in this field and because of the strong competition that exists in the Peruvian market, in this research work we propose the development of a enteprise architecture based on two of the main business processes: order management spare parts and sales management of spare parts. The processes of an importer in this category are continuously seeking to be optimal and with a low percentage of manual tasks. For this reason, this work that has been developed in 4 layers: business, applications, data and infrastructure seeks to provide Euromotors with a model that can be used for the implementation of enteprise architecture. The proposal is divided into four chapters: In chapter 1, the characteristics of the main frameworks of enteprise architecture are described, as well as a description of the current situation of the automotive sector in Peru. In chapter 2, information about the company is provided and through a series of tools, its main problems are identified In chapter 3, a solution proposal to the main Euromotors problems is described, based on the two selected processes In chapter 4, the economic evaluation of the enteprise architecture proposal is described, in addition to the possible decrease in expenses Finally, the conclusions and recommendations found for the company are presented.
