This research was carried out to determine the relationship between work addiction and quality of work life in collaborators of a service company; and, to analyze the comparisons that they would establish according to sex and time of permanence in their work. The study is descriptive, with a correlational comparative design. The sample consisted of 60 people and the work addiction test and the GOHISALO Quality of Work Life Questionnaire were administered. The results indicate that the tests are valid and reliable in the evaluation of the variables and their dimensions. At a descriptive level, women have a good quality of working life and their addiction is low. Then it was evidenced that the sample has a normal distribution, giving guidelines to choose and continue the respective statistical tests of the investigation. With which it shows that there are significant differences between the control and study variables. Finally, at the correlational level, an indirect relationship was found between the addiction to work and the quality of working life, making it possible to verify that a lower presence of addiction presents a better quality of working life in the workers.
