This research paper proposes enhancements for the Project Management in the roads implementation for ore concentrate transport in Apurimac Department, hence a contractor might take them as a guide for a successful management in future projects. The Project to analize for this purpose started in 2016, which involves micro paving of 74.08 kilometers of roads, service was performed by “Best Roads” company (1), that will allow the Client ("Apurímac Copper") (1), to have an improved route from the corridor to the national highway and arrive to the Port of Matarani. For the financial analysis the Cash Flow was evaluated the construction phase of the Project, which served as the basis to prepare the budget amounting to S/. 84'810,316.36 and also obtaining the main financial values: Internal Rate of Return of 20.45% and Net Present Value of S /. 4'801,041 used to determine its feasibility. Is highly relevant the identification and analysis of the requirements in order to define the sccope of work, as such it meet the stakeholders needs. We recommend to apply the procedures described, investment considerations that will increase the chances of Project success.
