The present work presents a proposal of productive management that has as a consequence the decrease of orders delivered with delay in a nationally recognized company: Conductores Eléctricos Lima S.A. The development consists of 4 chapters, chapter I includes the theoretical framework, which details the methodology and engineering tools to perform both the diagnosis and the approach of the model that will solve the problem found in the company under study. In chapter II, the company under study is described, the objectives of the same and the types of products that it has are described, that is, the current situation of Celsa. In addition, the diagnosis of the company is developed, for which it was necessary to make repeated visits to the company mentioned to perform the data collection to find the problem. From this chapter you get the main problem with its root causes and respective consequences, shown in the problem tree. In chapter III, a solution model is proposed in which a mixture of several techniques reviewed in chapter I is used. The development of the proposal is carried out through components where the step-by-step methodology is observed. and the restrictions of the model. In the last chapter the technical viability of the project is evaluated, as well as the economic benefits and the risk analysis together with the contingency plans. By way of closure, the conclusions and final recommendations of the project were developed.
