This research work has the objective of implementing a recycle company called Ama Quella Recycle that would operate in the Penitentiary Entity of Lurigancho, this would contribute to the social integration of the prisoners, their economic income and the penitentiary benefit of the 2x1 for the reduction of their sentence. Recycling is a great opportunity for business and operating it inside the Penitentiary will allow subsiding a large percentage of operating cost. It is important to mention that it is supported by the law N° 30506 of productive prisons, which allows companies to operate inside the Penitentiary and replicate the model of this business in other prisons. The process would begin with the recollection of solid (plastic) residue that the prisoners would give from any of the pavilions, which therefore they will have an economic retribution while at the same time working in the workshop by collecting, loosening, shredding or compacting the plastic and packing it for their marketing. The financial indicators are: Investment S/ 31,701, VANE S/ 25,305, TIR 41.74% and the investment recovery would be in two years. We conclude that the entrepreneurship is viable by the financial indicators mentioned and analyzed, in addition to the social contribution and caring for the environment as well as promoting recycling through learning to identify a business opportunity that will allow the development of the prisoners and their families.
