The information contained in this research seeks to prove that there are opportunities to export dehydrated organic golden berries in the Japanese market by 2018. The first chapter explains in detail the aspects related to the product, definition, origin, varieties and characteristics to export, the benefits and nutritional aspects of the product are also mentioned, then the characteristics that the product must meet to comply with export standards and other related concepts such as organic quality and superfoods category. Also, we have researched the target market; its characteristics, commercial exchange and marketing strategies. Also, the issue of logistics involved in shipping this product to Japan, the characteristics and measures to be taken into account for export. In the second chapter, we developed the research methodology descriptive qualitative type that led to the validation of our hypotheses, through interviews with leading exporters, promotion agents, guilds and logistics agents. In addition is described. the thoughts, experiences, processes and experiences that were observe in the data collection process. After the interviews as the basis of our descriptive source, in the third chapter we proceed to analyze the data collected, which led us to results by categories and segments. In the fourth chapter we discussed the results that helped us identify the opportunities to commercialize dehydrated organic golden berries including the findings, barriers and gaps of our research. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this topic are detailed.
