Modelo de telemedicina soportado por smart glasses para centros de salud en el Perú

Abstract

La telemedicina se define como la prestación de servicios asistenciales a distancia mediante el uso de tecnologías de información y comunicación para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de pacientes. Opera bajo un sistema básicamente de la siguiente manera, existe un centro hospitalario menor que presenta carencia de profesionales en alguna área específica, dicho centro tiene la posibilidad de ser asistido por uno de mayor envergadura, el cual dispondrá de los especialistas y el tiempo necesario para la atención de los pacientes de manera remota. El presente proyecto de investigación está orientado a la búsqueda y análisis de las diferentes áreas o aplicaciones médicas de la telemedicina, las diferentes tecnologías que se emplean para la entrega del servicio de telemedicina, la situación actual y evolución de los centros de salud en el Perú en cuanto a telemedicina. Con el objetivo de implementar un modelo de telemedicina soportado por tecnologías emergentes, a fin de mejorar la calidad asistencial de los servicios en Telemedicina para centros de salud en el Perú.

Telemedicine is defined as the provision of remote assistance services through the use of information and communication technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This research project is aimed at the search and analysis of the different areas or medical applications of telemedicine, the different technologies used to deliver the telemedicine service, the current situation and evolution of health centers in Peru talking about telemedicine. With the objective of implementing a telemedicine model supported by emerging technologies, in order to improve the quality of care of telemedicine services for health centers in Peru.
