The present research study objective is to find the factors that limit the accessibility of tourists with motor disabilities in 4-star hotels in the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro, both located in Lima - Peru. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework of the proposal is developed, regarding topics related to: tourism and hotel sector; hotel approach; State structures; the municipalities of the districts Miraflores and San Isidro; people with disabilities; tourism for people with disabilities; factors and current situation of tourism in Peru. Then, in the second chapter the methodology of the investigation is developed through interviews to the chosen targets. Furthermore, in the third chapter we proceed with the analysis of the data and results, with the objective of validating the hypothesis proposed. In the fourth chapter, the discussion of the results is carried out to identify the factors and finally, in the fifth chapter, the conclusions and recommendations are exposed in order to close the develop of our research.
