The research work is based on an analysis of the problem of environmental pollution, global warming and its negative effects on the lives of living beings. In this sense, one of the main problems is related to the production of plastic bags that use many ecological agents for their development. Its indiscriminate use without thinking about the consequences, has generated an instability in the survival of living beings which has increased alarmingly in recent years. Faced with this problem, it is proposed as a business idea the production and marketing of reusable bags for minimarkets and / or warehouses in the Districts of Barranco, Miraflores, San Borja and Santiago de Surco, Lima, Peru For the elaboration of the bags the Notex fabric (Cambrel) was selected, as the best alternative for the replacement of the plastic bags; instruments for the validation of the proposed hypothesis were carried out. The project's horizon contemplates an evaluation of the behavior for the next 05 years, beginning in 2019. It requires an initial investment of S / S/ 52,586.31 soles, a return of S / 113,958.73 soles is expected for the FCLD and an FCNI of S / 104,200.97 soles; 88% return interest rate with a 1.3 year investment recovery period. The financial structure is made up of 60% own capital and 40% financed through a financial institution. The project presents a perspective for investors, as well as contributing to the improvement of the environment; The political and economic scenarios globally make the commercialization of this type of bags, increases progressively.
