Resumen: El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo la implementación de un servicio de desayunos delivery, ubicado en el distrito de Independencia frente al Centro Comercial Mega Plaza. Para identificar la rentabilidad del proyecto se realizó un estudio de mercado para poder identificar y cuantificar al público objetivo en la zona indicada. Mediante el análisis interno y externo del negocio se ha determinado los factores que pueden tener una incidencia factible del negocio. Por lo cual se ha elaborado un plan de Marketing para poder llegar al público objetivo, asimismo, para calcular la rentabilidad, se realizó un estudio económico evaluando los diferentes indicadores. El público al cual se ha dirigido el proyecto corresponde a trabajadores dependientes, empleados del Centro comercial Mega Plaza y alrededores, que cuentan con los recursos económicos para tomar un desayuno saludable y de calidad. En la actualidad existen negocios informales que ofrecen desayunos al paso, sin embargo, no existe ninguna que ofrezca el servicio delivery a oficinas. El mercado objetivo está conformado por hombres y mujeres que toman desayuno fuera de sus hogares y buscan un servicio de calidad cuidando su salud.
Para la puesta en marcha de este proyecto se requiere una inversión inicial de S/ 58,944, el cual será cubierto 100% con aporte de los accionistas.
Para finalizar, se realizó un análisis financiero, el cual obtuvo un TIR anual del 72.70 % haciendo el proyecto rentable.
The objective of this project is the implementation of a breakfast delivery service, located in the district of Independencia in front of the Mega Plaza Shopping Center. To identify the profitability of the project, a market study was conducted to identify and quantify the target public in the indicated area. Through the internal and external analysis of the business, the factors that can have a feasible business incidence have been determined. For this reason, a Marketing plan has been developed to reach the target audience, and to calculate the profitability, an economic study was carried out evaluating the different indicators. The public to which the project has been directed corresponds to dependent workers, employees of the Mega Plaza shopping center and surroundings, who have the economic resources to have a healthy and quality breakfast. At present there are informal businesses that offer breakfasts to the pass, however, there is none that offers the delivery service to offices. The target market is made up of men and women who eat breakfast outside their homes and seek a quality service taking care of their health. For the start-up of this project an initial investment of S/. 58,944 is required, which will be covered 100% with the contribution of the shareholders. Finally, a financial analysis was carried out, which obtained an annual IRR of 72.70% making the project profitable.
