The main objective of the research was to identify the organizational factors that impacto n the general work welfare of nursing care personnel, Emergency Service Units (UPSS) and Critical Care Units of a private health falicity. It is an exploratory – descriptive with a mixed methodology. For the fulfillment of the objectives, the organizational diagnosis of the UPSS involved in the study began, using the criteria of Technical Standars No. 031 and 042 – MINSA / DGSP aligned to the model of structural components proposed by Torres Hidalgo, C. (2013). Then, for the analysis of the variable of labor welfare, the general laboral welfare questionnaire (q BLG) was applied by Josep M. Blanch, Miguel Sahagún, Leonor Cantera and Genís Cervantes (2010) and for the engagement variable, the Utrecht scale was used of Engagement in the work of Wilmar Schaufeli 2003. The results, found opportunities for improvement and change at the level of Human Resources Management and Nursing at the level of each variable and the respective components evaluated and the respective components evaluated. It is concluded thaht not only is it important to focus on the Labor Welfare of the Staff, since this would only lead to a passive satisfaction within the organization. It requires a holistic management that that also focuses on generating greater links with staff such as engagement to have greater impact on performance and involment with the organization.
