The purpose of this professional project is to make a business architecture proposal for a company of Adjusters and Insurance Experts of Transport of Goods that allows facing competition in dynamism, transparency, flexibility and speed for the delivery of services demanded by the insurance market. The objective of the project is to contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the company under the framework of business architecture: Business, data, applications and information technologies; to have the vision of the technological gaps in its four dimensions, to have a portfolio of IT projects and to apply agile methodologies for the proposed software development. The first chapter presents information about the object of the study that allows us to know the mission, vision, strategic objectives and structure of the organization. In the second chapter the theoretical framework is presented, which bases the basis for knowledge of the business environment, as well as the comparison and analysis of different frameworks for business architecture and agile methodologies. In the third chapter, the project approach is developed using the TOGAF reference framework and the SCRUM software development, where the SWOT is identified to perform the group's diagnosis, as well as the selection of dynamics and tools. In the last chapter, the proposal for the organization and recommendations that help the optimal management of the project is established.
