Latin America is one of the regions that has grown the least in recent years in the ranking of innovation worldwide. In Peru, a wave has already begun towards innovation led, mainly, by the financial sector. In chapter 1 of this research, the Latin American An Peru, reality about the generation of innovation are deepened so that finally, and in conclusion mode, the objective of this research is raised. The world of business has changed. The strategies of past decades are no longer as effective as before or simply are no longer effective. Many authors have proposed new alternatives, tools and methodologies under one common ground: agility and change of thought when doing things. The authors propose the incorporation of scientifically based methods that allow companies to test and learn quickly and investing few resources. The agile methodologies that we will explain in depth in chapter 2 are: Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas, Design Thinking, Design Sprint and Lean Startup. Finally, in the last chapter we will document the experiments carried out by applying agile methodologies for the design of a new product or service. There are more than 50 experimental activities carried out in an iterative way with revealing results that allow generating value to companies that seek to generate innovation. This research tries to inform the community about the use of agile tools to generate innovation and its benefits when implemented within the organization.
