The objective of this research work is to evaluate the technical, economic and financial feasibility for the improvement in the management of the production process by investing in a purchase of an extruder machine for polystyrene sheets from an advertising company for points of sale RTC PERU SRL. The problem was analyzed in the production process where two main problems were identified in the company which lies in the outsourcing service to obtain polystyrene sheets. After identifying the possible problems, the possible solutions were raised to improve the production process which means economic savings, time and improvement in the quality of the finished product. Initially, the need of the company to acquire polystyrene sheets will be announced. The way he has been doing so far. After that, the implementation of the extruder machine will be developed so as not to depend on the suppliers and the constant problems that present themselves at present, the resources incurred will be detailed to be able to carry it out, as well as the implementation of a new line of business taking advantage of the production capacity the extruder machine. Finally, the viability of the proposed implementation will be evaluated, being justified with a positive NPV and an TIR above the minimum profitability expected by the company.
