The objective of this research was to explore into the relationship between Sense of coherence and Flow in people who practice Musical Theatre. The hipotesis is: There is a significative positive relationship between this two constructs. The Orientation to life Questionnaire (OLQ-13) and the Dispositional Flow Scale (DFS-2) werer used in a sample of 142 people aged 18-40 years of age from 5 Cultural Associations. The results showed a significant relationship between the three factors of SOC-13 and some factors of DFS-2. This indicates that the people who have more trustfullness in the resources, can have more control and management of the situations, making it pleasant and valuable.
