Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the shear bond strength of three resin cements RelyX U200 (3M ESPE), Multilink Automix (IvoclarVivadent) and Allcem dual (FGM) at the ceromer/dentine eroded interface with the Coca Cola® carbonated beverage. Materials and methods: The present study was experimental type in vitro. The sample size was 66 bovine teeth, which were selected and cut. The dentin was exposed with different grains of sandpaper and the transparent acrylic bases were made. The specimens were distributed in 3 groups (n = 22): RelyX U200 (3M ESPE), Multilink Automix (IvoclarVivadent) and Allcem dual (FGM). Ceromer cylinders (4mm diameter and 6mm height) were made with SR NEXCO (IvoclarVivadent), then sandblasted before the cementation. The erosive challenge in vitro was realized in 3 times/5minutes per day/5 days in Coca Cola® soft drink. SR NEXCO (Ivoclar Vivadent) blocks were cemented to the eroded dentin, according to the manufacturer's instructions. The samples were stored in 0.09% physiological saline at 37 °C for 24 hours. The analysis of the shear values was performed with a universal test machine (Instrom®) in MPa (at a speed of 5mm/1 min). The results (mean, standard deviation) were analyzed by descriptive statistics and the comparison of the shear strength was analyzed with the Kruskal-Wallis test followed by a post-hoc test with the help of the Kruskal Wallis 2 command in Stata®. Results: There were statistically significant differences (p=0.0001) among the resin cements evaluated. The means were Multilink Automix (2.7 ± 0.59), RelyX U200 (1.41 ± 0.26) and Allcem dual (0.92 ± 1.17). In the post hoc test of the cements RelyX U200 (3M ESPE), there was statistically significant (p <0.001). Conclusion: Under in vitro conditions, Multilink Automix cement got better results of bond strength in eroded dentin.
