The Following body seeks to analyze operating and economic feasibility from the sales of clothing and accessories by using an online platform “Second Trend”. Currently, there exists a worldwide-level trend towards digitalizing and many companies are choosing to include, within their sales channels, the online channel, in this scenario, the opportunity to apply E-commerce has been identified. Moreover, Peru isn’t a strange to this, in 2018, a 16% growth for the online channel has been foreseen and even though this is mainly in A and B socio-economic levels, this tendency has been changing as a result of the market’s continuous expansion. At present, almost 4 million Peruvian citizens purchase online, and the top category is fashion, followed by technology and cellular phones. The market research identified that currently, in Lima, there is no similar business model as the one being proposed, making this an innovative idea. About the consumer profile, the target for this online store are women, 18 to 39 years old, found to be in the A and B socio-economic levels, which would be the retailers, or providers for the platform, and C and D, which would be the buyers. Finally, after conducting the economic and financial assessments and having indicators that show high profitability, we conclude that this project is viable.
