In Chapter 1, Theoretical Framework, the basic and necessary principles to know what IT government consists of, what is its current situation in our country, what benefits it brings to organizations and what standards exist for its distribution as well as the cases of successes in the education sector, field of study where they are implemented. In Chapter 2, Problem Situation, a brief description of the company under study is also presented, as well as its current situation and the problems it presents, all based on a quantitative and qualitative justification according to the revised bibliography. In Chapter 3, Solution Proposal, we present the objectives to be achieved with the proposed proposal and a description of the GTI4U model, which is used to develop the proposal, as well as for each of the phases included in our proposed model. In chapter 4, Financial evaluation of the proposal, the indicators that allow us to determine the feasibility of the proposal in case it is required to implement in the organization, indicators such as the NPV, IRR, Payback and ROI have given us the behavior future of our proposal. Finally, we present the conclusions and recommendations found for the organization in order to implement the IT Governance proposal.
