The purpose of this paper is to establish if there is an impact on labor turnover due to the interpersonal relationships that occur in the main chains of beauty salons in Metropolitan Lima. In the first chapter, we present a theoretical framework with information that begins by defining our two research variables, which in this case are: interpersonal relationships and work rotation, as well as those related to the beauty sector. In the second chapter, we explain the research methodology, in this case we rely on semi-structured interviews, which allow us to obtain the information so that the interviewee can expand on the answers. Interview guides were prepared with around eighteen questions for each segment (collaborators, former collaborators, managers and / or administrators, and experts), which in the end was achieved by a sample of twenty-five interviewees in total. In the third chapter, we perform the analysis of the data obtained, identifying the types of interpersonal relationships that occur in the chains of beauty salons, as well as knowing the perception that one has of the labor rotation of the same and if there is an impact caused for these interpersonal relationships. In the fourth chapter, we present the findings, barriers and gaps. Finally, in the fifth chapter, we proceeded to make the conclusions and recommendations
