Resumen: El presente plan de negocio se ha elaborado a fin de responder la necesidad de las personas que tengan dificultad en movilizarse a consecuencia de un accidente o dolencia. Ayudándolos a continuar con su recuperación de la manera más adecuada.
Nuestro objetivo es cubrir la carencia de apoyo sobre las personas que no pueden movilizarse por sí solas. Es decir, que hayan perdido el valor de su independencia, viendo como un factor importante satisfacer esta necesidad.
En este plan de mejorar las actividades de nuestro cliente más riesgoso, se ha tratado de identificar el problema a resolver que se relaciona con necesidad de movilizarse para seguir con sus actividades cotidianas, y que no cuentan con apoyo alguno, tanto de familiares como de amistades.
El plan del proyecto propone brindar servicio de alquiler y/o venta de instrumentos ortopédicos de manera accesible, rápida, segura, cómoda y de garantía, a las personas accidentadas o enfermas que requieran equipos y asistencia médica en casa, se encuentren convalecientes o no puedan movilizarse por sí mismas, teniendo la opción de comprar por internet. Asimismo, gestionar alianzas estratégicas, tanto con centros de terapia como con empresas de transporte privado. Por lo tanto, estas acciones generarán que se brinde un servicio de calidad, diferenciado e innovador.
This business plan has been developed to respond to the need of people who have difficulty moving because of an accident or illness, to continue with their recovery in the most appropriate way. Our goal is to cover the lack of support for people who cannot move on their own. That is, they have yielded the value of their independence, seeing as a critical factor to satisfy this need. In this plan to improve the activities of our most risky client, we have tried to identify the problem to be solved that is related to the necessity mobilize to continue with their day-to-day activities, and that does not have any support, both from relatives and friends. The project plan proposes providing rental service and/or sale of orthopedic instruments in an accessible, fast, safe, comfortable and guaranteed, to injured or sick people who require equipment and medical assistance at home, are convalescent or cannot mobilize for themselves, having the option to buy online. Also, the project covers managing strategic alliances, both with therapy centers and with private transport companies. Therefore, these actions will generate a quality, differentiated and innovative service.
