Abstract

Propuesta de arquitectura empresarial para una empresa pública de servicios postales. El proceso elegido es el de encaminamiento y distribución, que está enmarcado en el macro proceso de operaciones postales. El siguiente trabajo se realiza en con el objetivo de optimizar el proceso y la plataforma tecnológica que soporta al proceso antes mencionado, así como incrementar la calidad del servicio ofrecido en la entrega de envíos al usuario destino. Asimismo, se prepara la línea de destino (TO BE) de las arquitecturas y se aplica el análisis de brechas, que dará paso al plan de implementación y migración.

Business architecture proposal for a public postal services company. The chosen process is that of routing and distribution, which is framed in the macro process of postal operations. The following work is carried out with the objective of optimizing the process and the technological platform that supports the aforementioned process, as well as increasing the quality of the service offered in the delivery of shipments to the destination user. Likewise, the target line (TO BE) of the architectures is prepared and the gap analysis is applied, which will give way to the implementation and migration plan.
