The principal objetive of this research is to analyze the critical success factors, for the phosphate rock´s export to Brazil in the period of 2012-2016. Due to this reason, it was proposed such as hypothesis that the promotion of the private investment, the Bayovar port and the demand for fertilizers were the main factors that drove the commercialization of this product to the Brazilian market. The thesis is developed in five chapters; the theoretical framework is presented in the first chapter, where secondary sources has been compiled to help us to understand about the geology of the minerals, characteristics and properties of the phosphate rock and also applications in agriculture. In the second chapter is detailed the methodology to be used. In this part, we explained techniques and instruments, the selection of the sample, the problem, objetives, hypothesis and it has considered four segments and three categories, which are based on the PENX 2025. In the next chapter, analysis the information and results wich were obtained from the interviews carried out with the stakeholder groups of the segments, wich were estrategically selected based in the information obtained in chapter 1.
