Analyzes the health management model, based on Primary Health Care, performed by the IPRESS I-3 Policlinico Alberto Leonardo Barton Thompson, comparatively with other health facilities of the same level, all belong to the Essalud network. The thesis examines the Peruvian health system, the current situation of EsSalud, the innovation implemented with the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) invertion model that allowed improving health management focus on Primary Health Care, as the one currently develops IPRESS I-3, Alberto L. Barton Thompson. A qualitative and quantitative research was conducted to compare the satisfaction of the user of the Alberto L. Barton Thompson with respect to other facilities of the same level of care. The data analyzed show there is an improvement in the perception of the quality of services provided by a health facility managed under the model based of Primary Health Care. The main variables analyzed are the accessibility to medical appointments, delivery of medicines and medical and non-medical care attention.
