This investigation -which was carried out at the Ministry of Work and Employment Promotion while the undersigned served as the Office of the Secretary General’s Communications Advisor- was aimed at analyzing the internal institutional communication, validating used tools, the campaigns’ remembrance and impact as well as the need to optimize this work in order to generate corporate identity based on spreading achievements and activities that created shared vision. From this point of view, this investigation was fully conducted by myself with the support of some collaborators who responded to quantitative and qualitative investigations, enabling the analysis of the remembrance and impact of dissemination tools employed at the Ministry so far and validate –through the use of a new tool (screensavers) in addition to those already in place– the results of a month-long campaign resulting in five clearly-defined messages, which were previously validated and recognized as important so that these may be spread by the involved areas. Likewise, the undersigned called and chaired the meetings with the relevant areas to prepare the message to spread, made creative proposals designed by the Ministry’s communication area, and prepared the examination guidelines that enabled to prepare the questionnaire for the applied digital survey (quantitative) and the Focus Group (qualitative). The investigation -eventually submitted as a management report to the Ministry of Work and Employment Promotion’s Office of the Secretary General- not only let us identify what tools were more efficient to spread the institutional achievements, improvements and other shared activities, but ratified the validity of the tool under proposal (screensavers) in addition to those already in place, allowing –as it is the case at present- apply these mechanisms aimed at improving corporate identity; thereby, projecting a more solid and reliable image and reputation towards all its stakeholders, with a format that may be applied by public institutions -as it was the case in this investigation- and private entities.
